Don Reed, Executive Director

Don is a native Kentuckian. He graduated from Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky and received his Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

Don served as youth minister at Nicholasville Baptist Church and Lancaster Baptist Church, Minister of Education and Outreach for Versailles Baptist Church and Pastor in several Central Kentucky Churches including, Clover Bottom; Crosswoods; Mt. Freedom, Wilmore; First Baptist, Paris; Bruner’s Chapel, Harrodsburg; and Immanuel Baptist in Louisville. He has two adult daughters.

Sandra Williams 

Sandra is a Missionary Associate serving as Director of Church and Community Ministries. Sandra is originally from Missouri and obtained her Bachelor of Music from Northwest Missouri State in Maryville, Missouri and her Masters in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Previously Sandra worked as Director of Church Development for The Western Connecticut Baptist Association, New Britain, Ct. She has also served as Minister of Education and Music and taught in the public school system.

Ray Van Camp

Ray is a Missionary Associate (retired) serving part-time as Director of Church Planting and Development. Ray’s home state is Ohio and received his Bachelors degree in Sociology and Radio, Television and Film from The University of Arkansas, Little Rock and a Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

Ray served as pastor of Grace Baptist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas and Durbin Memorial Baptist Church in Lexington, Kentucky. Ray is married to the former Barbara Wallace and they have two adult daughters and three grandchildren.

Caroline Mathis

Caroline, our Mission Service Corp Volunteer, was born in Springdale, Arkansas. She has lived in eight different states from Nevada to Kentucky while raising four children. She has seven grandchildren.

She has served as Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Students at Ouachita Baptist University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas and spent twenty years in church offices. Since retirement she has enjoyed volunteering at Central Baptist Hospital and her church. Caroline is a member of the Lexington Singers community chorus.
